Well-Paced Publisher Privacy Policy

Data Sharing

Well-Paced Publisher does not sell YouTube API data or personal information. Information obtained through YouTube API Services is not provided to advertisers or data brokers.

Because the application is an internal tool, authorized information is used only by the application owner and systems or agents acting on the owner’s behalf as necessary to operate the application. Information may also be transmitted to Google and YouTube as necessary to perform actions through YouTube API Services.

Data Storage and Retention

Well-Paced Publisher may locally store authorization tokens and limited information necessary to operate the application, maintain upload records, prevent accidental duplicate uploads, and verify publishing operations.

YouTube API data is retained only for as long as necessary for the authorized purposes described in this policy and is refreshed or deleted as required by the YouTube API Services policies.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect locally stored authorization credentials and data against unauthorized access.

Revoking Access

Users can revoke Well-Paced Publisher’s access to their Google account through Google’s account security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

Revoking access prevents Well-Paced Publisher from making future authorized YouTube API requests using that authorization.

Users may also request deletion of locally stored authorization tokens and associated authorized data by contacting the application owner through our Contact page. Upon revocation or a valid deletion request, applicable stored authorized data will be deleted as required by the YouTube API Services policies.

Deleting information stored by Well-Paced Publisher does not delete videos or other information stored by YouTube. YouTube content must be managed separately through YouTube or another authorized application.

YouTube and Google Policies

Well-Paced Publisher uses YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Information processed by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Additional information about Google’s security and privacy practices is available through Google’s websites and services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Well-Paced Publisher’s functionality or data practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
